PACIFIC Coast Residences draws inspiration from the modern tropical esthetics and resort-style developments that are gaining steady ground in the real estate front today.
When in south of Manila, BF Homes in Parañaque always comes to mind when one mentions about a secure, gated community. No surprise, it is one of the biggest subdivisions in Asia and one of the earliest real estate projects to dot the area. BF Homes boasts a self-sustaining neighborhood lined with numerous establishments and not a few residential projects. The houses are a pleasant mixture of old and new houses.
Soon, on Montreal Street a condominium complex with all the trappings of resort living is set to rise inside the popular village giving residents an alternative lifestyle even when in the city.
Triple Capricorn Inc., a family-run real estate firm, recently announced the opening of its new set of inventory via the Pacific Coast Residences.
Project coordinator Leonora Santiago told Inquirer Property that Pacific Coast Residences, to be opened as early as next year, is the first resort-style condoinside the subdivision. Once completed, 515 residential units will be offered with 219 parking slots. Construction is ongoing in the planned 11 low-rise condo buildings (three to five floors).
Santiago said the California-inspired condominiums are expected to sell briskly as the “interest we are getting is already overwhelming.”
Pacific Coast Residences draws inspiration from the modern tropical esthetics and resort-style developments that are gaining steady ground in the real estate front today. Santiago said that everything one enjoys in a weekend outing can be similarly found inside the condominium complex.
The amenities planned include manicured gardens, swimming pools and sundeck with lounge chairs. Fitness buffs need not enroll somewhere else because it offers top-class fitness gym and a basketball court. Green spaces will also be made available.
TOP-CLASS fitness gym and swimming pools are in place to complement the healthy lifestyle of its future residents.
The composition is a good mix of studio, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units measuring 26.2, 43.25 and 57 square meters, respectively. Studio units cost P1.3 million while two-bedroom and three-bedroom units are respectively priced at P2.2 million and P3 million.
On paper, three of the 11 buildings will be finished by next year, four in 2013 while the rest in 2014. The buildings will be named Ventura, New Port, Venice, La Jolla, Carmel, Monterey, Malibu, Corona, Marin, Sonoma and Palisades. The names were patterned after some of the popular places in the States.
Unit finishes
Future residents were given a sneak preview on how the units will look once turned over. Santiago described the unit’s finishes as having laminated wood flooring (for the bedrooms), ceramic floor tiles for kitchens, dining and living rooms as well as nonslip floor tiles for the bathrooms.
Modular cabinets will be installed in the kitchen and master bedroom. Pacific Coast Residences also prides itself with high ceilings (at 2.37 meters) for generous air flow.
Nearby educational institutions are Southville International School, OB Montessori and University of Perpetual Help. Also near Pacific Coast Residences are medical facilities like Las Piñas Doctors Hospital, Perpetual Help Hospital and Medical Center, and the Asian Hospital in Alabang. Also not too far away are malls like SM Southmall, SM Las Piñas, Alabang Town Center and SM Sucat.
Frequent travelers and fast-paced professionals would find its accessibility to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and domestic airport a plus point. The condo complex can be reached via Coastal Highway, South Super Hi-way, Cavitex and the Mall of Asia.
Newest project
The Pacific Coast Residences is the newest project of the Go family who prides itself of building Shaw Residenza, the high-rise condominium on Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong. Touted as the first-ever all-loft type residential condo in the metro, Shaw Residenza is located across Puregold Supermarket. It offers 252 two-bedroom units (about 70 sq m) for families whose budget range from P3 million to P4 million.
Started in 1987, the company has since grown in stature and confidence and completed multiple projects in Luzon and Cebu City and established its presence in key cities in Metro Manila. In 1990 it completed its first high-rise development in Pasay City named the Asiawealth Tower. Triple Capricorn also owns the 28-story Le Mirage de Malate.

Company Profile

Builders 2000 Inc.

Since 1985, BUILDERS 2000, INC. founded by renowned entrepreneur Philip L. Go has continually built residential and commercial developments over the last 25 years. It has completed multiple projects from Luzon to Visayas and established its presence in Quezon City, Madaluyong City, Pasay City, Marikina City, Manila and Cebu City.

As a developer and contractor, the company has invested on a complete line of construction equipments (tower crane, telescopic crane, freight elevator, concrete pumpcrete, aluma form works) to assure the highest quality of construction, design, and finishing at affordable prices.

BUILDERS 2000’s vision is to provide first-rate residential and commercial development coupled with excellent costumer service. The company’s commitment is evidenced by the completion of its first high rise project, build and complete during the Asian crisis of the late 1990’s. Despite the acute depreciation of the Philippine Peso during this period, “Asiawealth Tower” was completed as scheduled, with all the promised amenities and finishes without any additional cost to the investors.

Year 2002 paved way for another high-rise project, “Le Mirage de Malate”- a towering landmark in Malate, Manila offering a spectacular view of the Manila Bay sunset. This 28- storey residential condominium was build during the depression period of real estate market. It was this time that no developer dared to venture into a project as most investors were hesitant to purchase, that BUILDERS 2000, armed with vision and confidence, started “Le Mirage de Malate”. Without relying on pre-selling funds, this project was completed without a hitch and became a success!

By the year 2006, BUILDERS 2000, INC. has ventured to another  high-rise project. The “SHAW RESIDENZA”, a 23-storey all loft-type units residential condominium  located on the prime area of Shaw Boulevard and it has a become a landmark in the fast-growing community of Mandaluyong City.
